Refund policy

Note : You can only cancel your order BEFORE a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is issued, you can no longer cancel. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the item is wrong. 

Chargebacks and Disputes 

If you place an order then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are not responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
