Processing Time 

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

Shipping is Free and takes 2-5 business days. 

Lost, Stolen. or Damaged Packages 

BYLEM is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. 

Address Accuracy 

Customer are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. 

Bylem is not liable for orders shipped to the incorrectly provided addresses.
